Tips for pet-friendly stays in Utrecht
When travelling to Utrecht with a pet, always confirm the hotel's pet policy directly before booking. Some properties may have specific rules about size, number of pets, or areas where pets are allowed.
Keep your pet on a lead in public areas of the hotel and clean up after them. This helps maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and ensures that pet-friendly hotels continue to open their doors to animals.
Pack familiar items like your pet's bed, bowls, and favourite toy to help them feel at home in a new environment. A comfortable pet is less likely to be anxious or disruptive.
Plan your days around pet-friendly activities. Utrecht has parks and walking routes where you can exercise your dog, and some cafés may allow pets. Check ahead to avoid disappointment.
